So freakin angry!!

Nedbank the ****est bank ever!!! For the second time in three months my acc was double debited. Giving proof too them now after many fone calls and time spend from one to another they want me too wait 10 days for refund. I havent even gotten Desembers money back yet. This is absolutely bull!!!!!!!!!
