So disgusted

So I complained about nedbank, sent them proof of everything i complained about, they called to assure that they will fix the account and deal with the matter internally only to find out that 3 days after that phone call, nothing has been done about our account , still has the same problem and no one has updated us on anything. Yoh Nedbank is on a whole different level of the WORST customer service ever 👏👏👏 they can forget about this account. We just want our money Back and they can carry on with their awful service, I don’t even want an explanation. What an excuse of a bank 👏
