So annoyed

i closed my 32 day notice investment acc in september then october month passes with no problems then come November im debited R1000 for the same closed acc. when i went into the branch i was told the acc was closed but the stop order was live and for my funds to be released i'll have to pay a penalty fee, like what the hell is the meaning of this. i know i closed the acc and i want my money with no fees asap.
