Sneaky *******s Nedbank

Back in 2018 I just stop using my nedbank account and this year Sars did a automatic tax assessment and my nedbank account details where still with Sars. SARS processes my refund into the nedbank account and nedbank did not notify me of this. They have my contact details which included my landline number and my email address. I did lose the contact number provided to nedbank. Nedbank did not inform me that a payment was made into the account, they then decided to deduct monthly fees from March and to my amazement I only hav R380 left which I need to go to the branch and pay for a new card so I being ripped of my off of the biggest banks in south africa. How fair is that??
