Sneaky And Borderline *****ulent Investment Interest Changes

I'm writing this review because of the borderline *****ulent sneaky investment account interest rate changes.

It makes sense that as the market conditions make for worse investments, the percentage will decrease; that's not the problem, the problem is that it decreases fine, but when the account is capable of getting more percentage interest by opening a new account of the same type, the percentage doesn't increase. You have to create a new account and transfer the money to that new account to get the improved percentage despite the new account and the old one being of the same type.

For example, their Just Invest account when opening a new account can be 7.5%, but over time, the account will decrease in percentages. Some time down the line, you'll check again, and the rate on the account will be 6.8% or so, but if you open a new account of the same type, it will be at 7.5% again. This isn't a massive difference, but it can still be quite a bit of money per month that you're getting cheated out of sneakily.

Reviewer Update
To add to this, if you click on switch account, the only accounts displayed are the other types (i.e. if I had Just Invest and I click switch, it won't show Just Invest in the options, I have to move all the money into the main account, then once it moves, open another Just Invest account).

I'm also checking this, but it seems like some people get better percentages than others when opening a new account. I haven't been able to verify this yet.
