Sms updates

I was under the impression that, the sms updated service was supposed to provide up to date correct information. But it turns out that with Nedbank the information in Not accurate and only updates Days later. The service is misleading and a Total inconvenience, because whenever I swipe my card or perform a transaction, I expect to receive the correct notification same time. Not after 5 days. This is very confusing and I would rather be monitoring my account transactions, the old school way instead of relying on your sms updates that are Days late.
