sms but No Personal Contact

I have a Nedbank account which is inactive for many months. I receive an sms THREATENING that the account has been handed to the attorneys which WILl result in a judgement and me being listed with \The Credit Bureaus.<br> How arrogant is this without any contact via telephone or email. Now I am extremely happy that I am with another bank. <br> These Threats are totally unaceptable without being in contact with me the accountholder.<br> <br> I need this threat rectified with urgency"
