SMS Activation Banking Lies

Nedbank launches a new banking app and DEACTIVATES certain features. Now i cannot do internet banking. They insist i must go into the branch to activate a service i always had! In the fine print it states, if you have SMS and Approve-It ability - you will automatically get them again. LIES. The call centre also transferred me to a branch knowing it was still closed!?! Nedbank - i am NOT going into a branch. YOU broke it YOU fix it!
