Smith Christelle from Nedbank The Glen leave me alone

I was interested in opening a business account, approached nedbank and made an appointment with a gentleman by the name of Christelle from the glen branch for Saturday the 2nd Oct, however I cancelled the appointment as I was no longer interested, called inn and I was assured the process would be stopped as I've not signed any documents.Monday Christelle emails me confirming an appointment for the 9th, and I tell him I'm no longer going ahead with opening the account and he can cancel,he responds by telling me I must sign the fica documents at least and I tell him no, I'm not signing anything because I dont want to open an account with Nedbank. Now on the 5th I receive an email from him saying welcome to nedbank-why am I being forced to open an account!
