Small business stay away from Nedbank biz accounts

Our business account was closed and raided by a Nedbank employee by the name of Nhlanhla Vincent Masimula , funds were moved without authorization to a suspense account and in trying to recover funds from the branch Nhlanhla told the branch consultant that the funds will be returned in our account which had to be reopened within 10 days , this was late November 2019 . Funds are still missing our personal banker is on maternity leave , Nhlanhla refuses to answer emails or provide a direct line . Our employees and suppliers couldn’t get paid on time for Xmas , no one at branch or personal banking can assist , the business account has now disappeared again and all I get is auto reply emails with no assistance This business account costs us around R 2000 a month with all the exorbitant fees already and then we must get ****** on top of it .
