Small Business Credit Card Application - Poor Service

I app**** for a Small Business Credit Card around the 17th October 2022. I submitted all documents, (bank statements, ID and letter from accountant) on 17th October 2022. I contacted the call centre, I was advised that my application was approved. I logged into the Nedbank site on 20th October 2022 and completed the agreement and elected Westville Mall branch to collect the card. This morning, I have been advised that my application has now been declined.
