Small business account

i have just registered my business through Nedbank as i have a cheque account with them.on 31 May 2015 i went to Nedbank branch in westgate mall to open small business account where i spoke to a lad by the name of Louda van der merwe and she issued me with the letter to show that the account was allocated for my business and is not active because i do not have a supply awarded for my business.Today i went to Newtown Branch spoke to Owen Vuma to have my supply database forms stamped so i can forward before closing date that was today at 12 noon and the response i got its that i wot have have my document stamped because i don't have a valid business account which leaves my business in between.then i asked for a branch manager he took down my details and promised me someone will contact me today which it never happened.call the call centre spoke to Thandeka her e-mail is [Email Removed] she told me to open my small business acc i need to pay R312 for my old mzansi acc and email the slip then she will open it for me.after everything she told me it wont be possible to open an account for me
