Small business

Nedbank has to be one of the worst banks in the world. I opened a small business account and appointed a relationship manager by the name of Ghaalid Booysen and he must either be the world’s inefficient manager or seriously overworked. He never responds to emails and when I call him he promises to call me back and does not. I have had a query for over a month now and still no luck. I have even sent emails to *** to try and escalate the issue but the client feedback department does not provide feedback. How ironic.
