Sluggish as hell

I have several accounts with Nedbank, Including home loan, home owners insurance, credit card etc. My son has a credit card, cheque account Car Finance and car insurance with Nedbank. He needs his vehicle to get to work etc. He was in an accident where a taxi drove into him. After 14 working days, we still don't have any outcome on this. No decision to fix the car, write it off, nothing. No movement at all. This is now becoming painful and costly with other cars now doing double trips and therefore actually raising the risk. No happy.
