The Netbank online banking system must be the most outdated out of all the other banks. How is it that the likes of Capitec , ABSA and Standard Bank can send you a OTP withing seconds and Netbank takes ages? It's been like this for a very long time. The actual site is pretty user-friendly but just getting to actually use it is a frustratingly long affair. Complained about this quite awhile ago.
