Slowest Service you will find in SA

<p>Ugh where to start, your empty promises or full blown lies.</p> <p> </p> <p>I left Nedbank 19 November 2016, with only my credit card left at Nedbank, and still Im being charged Greenback linkage fees and what not sort this out.</p> <p> </p> <p>I can go on and on about the **** service from nedbank of how you cost me only time and money and no pleasure while banking with you.</p> <p> </p> <p>No my problem is besides the fees that you charge that are irrelevant to my account problem on your side.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a pos in the box so one consultant says if I sell the machine I must go in with the client to nedbank branch and just givemy signature and its done, but clearly thats not the way as Nedbank consultants in branch tell my customer that it cant be done and as Dineo ********** ( ********** ) clearly stated I cannot sell the machine, if this is true then what the hell am I suppose to do with this machine I paid R1710 for. </p> <p> </p> <p>I wish not to speak to Dineo as this person has no idea what is good customer service (most of nedbank either). I have call recordings from many Nedbank representives stating different scenarios and yet Im still here with your **** machine that bearly printed 2 rolls of paper so with other words its almost brand new and I cant sell it even though I have had many customers as soon as get to the branch "eh no sorry cant bedone"</p> <p> </p> <p>So 1 what am I suppose to do with your machine that I paid R1710 for, and 2 why is nedbank service so ****, so glad I left Nedbank, New bank no problems no headaches no empty promise no lies no incompetence.</p> <p> </p> <p>YOU HAVE WAISTED MY TIME FOR TOO LONG</p> <p> </p> <p>One cant complain of the service at Nedbank seeing that there isnt any.</p>
