Slowest Service in South Africa - Festival Mall

Festival mall nedbank is the worst. Spending over 2 hours in front of a cue with only 4 clients in front of us. One teller working and one assisting someone for 45 minutes and then taking breaks. This is the slowest service bank from my history of being a resident around here before and with the COVID precautions, it has worsened. Someone needs to help this branch because we’re all frustrated when we leave here. Am not even assisted yet as I write this and it’s just unacceptable.
