Slower than a snail in reverse - repercussions of your poor service will be severe in the end for you

I wanted to see what loan would I qualify for since you're having a hard time approving me for a credit card. My problem is here, my intention was never to take out the loan. I don't want a loan. My problem is that you registered it as an enquiry on my credit record and in turn lowered my credit score by doing so! I'm already having a hard time just to have a silly credit card account approved by you. I see I prequalify for a R200k personal loan but when I ask for credit card it's frowned upon. I also prequalify for a R670k home loan. Really Nedbank.

The last responses you had on my previous complaint was "noted". Awesome customer service. No insight whatsoever. I want this enquiry removed on my credit report. I never took out the loan. It lowered my credit score from 662 to 659 on transunion today and I'm not impressed. Secondly, why prequalify me for a personal loan for R200k but you struggle approve the credit card where the balance can even be 6% of this loan. I do not want the maximum amount I qualify for, I don't want it. I said I want to use it boost my credit score so I'm not really concerned with balances so give me a R2k balance if that is the case. I'm sick and tired that I have to wait like this for a bank who is supposed to trust me as I give you no reason not to, I bought a car for more than R100k through you, you're approving moerse loans, but you will not do THE one thing I want, nor can you tell me "listen, sorry, it's not going to happen". Then I can make the important decisions I need to make with the my personal finances and the store I am a manager in who grosses more than R30 mil per month who also banks with you.
