Slow to asnswer queries but quick to deduct people’s money ********ly.

I have been waiting for updates on these two cases and await the proof as Nedbank is turning out to be the worst response time ever.

I want my refund done today as no one authorized that deduction, yet you let it go through.

This is now more than a week and I have not received any feedback from Dignity or from Personal Loans
