Slow slow response

I requested Nedbank to sort out a problem I had 8 Months ago, it is still not sorted Ref ***5. Nothing get done, all you get is a email to say it takes 21 days. Nobody phones. If you phone they say it takes time they are busy with it. If you phone you go from computer to computer (Robots)
