Slow service

I recently lost my Nedbank Shopping card. App**** for a new one using a Nedbank app and received SMS saying i must go and collect it at Mmabatho Branch. That was last week Friday the 27 September 2019. I was given the card but i could not change the pin because the system was down. i visited the branch today hoping the matter would be resolved, i spend 1 hour and the i left the branch without being helped, something about the system "AGAIN". I was informed that they will contact Head Office and they will get back as soon as possible, that was around 10;00 am. i am still waiting.
