Slow service

The service is very slow, we have to stand on the queue outside the bank whether it is hot or cold. Why did they close Longmarket branch because they are clearly failing to attend to clients at a reasonable waiting time. For one to get a better service one has to go to Hayfields or Midlands Mall. Not fair.
