Slow pace in investigating *****ulent "Send Money" transactions by Nedbank

We (N. Gumbi & Associates) are acting on behalf of Zodwa Nkwanyana (case ref no: ***5) who has instructed us to request and demand full investigative report from Nedbank investigations for *****ulent "Send Money" transactions totaling over R25K. We have been remonstrating with the Bank from the 3rd of Dec till date. A total of 8 letter and telephone calls have taken place. Today we are told that the investigation has been finalised and no communication has been sent to us or our client. They said they were going to wait for another 21 days to communicate to our client. We said to them "We hope the full investigation report will be sent to our client soonest lest the bank reputation is tarnished by its appalling and unprofessional conduct."
