Slow Go Nowhere

Today is the 8th June. I call nedbank as I can still not download my Tax certificates for 2019/2020. They tell me that they are not ready. The tax year ended on the 29-02-2020, and you still cannot produce tax certificates. I ask to speak to someone else higher up and they cut me off. This tends to happen with Nedbank every second year. I've never heard of such incompetence. I already have my tax certificates from other banks. In the past you could get your certificates by the middle of March... Total frustration. Probably time to look for other banks with better investments and service....
