Slow enquires quick teller
I walked onto the branch @ 3:45pm to find a queue at enquiries ,it was slow moving with bad service as one of the enquiries clerk decided to stop assisting clients without explanation to us in the queue,I then went to Alga for assistance andvwas reffered to Irene.I was helped fast,friendly and efficiently by Irene as I was carrying a young child..World class service!
