Slow bank - nedbank

I have been using nedbank since donkey years. Yho Mara the service sucks. Pretoria branch at corner Andries and church street, those consultants needs a happy pill. Their systems are slow and they are rude as well. I mean you have to wait a good hour to get a bank statement. I think the board must to something to enhance efficiency. Service is bank. No wonder nedbank is doing so bad now.
