slow application

what is wrong with Nedbank? do you not take clients seriously? I app**** for a loan before Christmas last year, and we are almost in the second week of January of the new year. Still no response. Lindiwe was very helpful when she called and asked my information. she even had me sign documents for accepting the loan agreement. Now its days after, and no confirmation of a pay out was received. seriously what is taking so long? I asked her if there was a problem, and all she asked was when my salary date was. So can someone shed some light on this issue? what's going on, or should I go to another institution for a loan. I feels like my time is wasted.
