Slow and poor service at Nedbank Cresta

There are more cubicles than people servicing clients. I waited for 30minutes to get a new card and I only had 2 people in front of me. The place looks amazing with stunning furniture and private cubicles, and only 2 service consultants!! When I got to the consultant, she casually says "all the gold cards are finished" and went ahead and gave me a card with some random images on it. No apology nothing. Poor and slow service
