Slow and poor service

I have experienced nothing but poor service in all 3 branches I’ve visited trying to resolve my issue in almost a year. I have been trying to FICA my account for the past 10 months I go into the branch and they take in all necessary documents and promise to call me back, no one ever does! Now I can’t even do anything on the account !!
