sloppy service from NEDBANK call center

Tried about four times to get help via call center. First two times just cut off midway through. Third time i waited 40 minutes. Previously when i called and got help from a gentleman who then emailed me one document short , This the reason i had to call again and wait. this has been very tedious and disappointing. This my bank for about 35 years.
