sloppy service again

Once again an sms from Nedbank wasting my time, when i actioned what they sms now about, i did action last night and now get sms 25 March 2025 12H00, these unnecessary sms waste our time , to me one should not get an sms if what they sms'ing about was actioned the night before the sms sent, imagine all companies worked this way , we would all be constantly looking at messages instead of working ac no *** , last month sms re ***
