Sloooooooow and ****py Service recieved from Nedbank Maponya Mall

Terrible service recieved from Nedbank Maponya Mall. So I went to the bank to increase the limit on my app and I sat in the bank for a whole hour and I was not assisted when I asked one of the people working inside the bank what's taking so long and he looked at me and said you will just have to wait and continued texting on his phone....I was absolutely horrified at the lack of etiquette. I am a new customer and I honestly think I should take my business elsewhere because the service recieved at Maponya mall is complete *******!!!!!!!!
