*****s (Honoring Fee)

So yesterday I got charged an honoring fee again, yet I did have enough money in my account for the transaction to go through otherwise it would never have went through. I called Nedbank contact centre and the consultant Thobeka kept on emphasizing how I did not have enough money in my account though I tried to explain how I am and was aware of much I had in my account, what doesn’t make sense to me is why would a transaction go through had I not have money in my account and this is not the first time.
