I have a personal loan with Nedbank I have arrangement in place to pay R800, even got a confirmation from Nedbank but still the deducted almost R4000 from my account.

This is disgusting service as this is not the first time it's been happening.

I need my money to be reverse back asap.

It puts me in a difficult position as my car needs to be paid
