Sise eyiphi kwa sbonda?

On Sunday. the 14th of April 2017, I phoned the Nedbank credit card call centre at different intervals. On the first call, I spoke to Busisiwe who assisted me with information about the interest rate that I can earn on credit balances paid over and above my credit limit. She gave me the following information,

From 1c TO R4999 I can earn an interest of 0.25%, from R5000- R14999 This will increase to an interest rate of 0.50%, and on balances above R50 000 I can earn a total interest of 0.75% interest. However, When I phoned again a few minutes later to confirm service fees on my credit card account, I spoke to Nqoile, call reference no ********** , first of all she sounded very irritable, more like she is not interested to assist me and further like I am wasting her time, I thought she is employed to assist people like me? I eventually, through a lot of effort managed to get complete assistance from her. But I thought I should enquire again about the interest rate on credit balances and Nqobile advised that there is no way one can earn interest from a credit card. So now I have received two sets of informtation pieces from two consultants working for the same company. The first consultant confirmed that I am entitled to rceiving interest on a credit card facility, the second consultant says I am not entitled to receiving interest. Which statement is correct from these two, can somebody from senior management please clarify.

UNqobile couldn't even retrieve information regarding the conversation I had with Busisiwe, I was under the impression that all calls are recorded and that somehow there is a way to track and trace calls, most probably by form of journal remaks on system o something.

It is very scary that I can enquire about the same information from two Nedbank consultants but receive completely different advice. I would like you to listen to the all the calls I made to Nedbank on this Sunday morning and then please advise me, sise eyiphi kwasbonda?

I await your favourable response.
