Simply Pathetic

Placed an order, cancelled it immediately after realising it was the incorrect item. Requested a cancellation. All communication was ignored and they delivered it 3 weeks later out of the blue, cant get a hold of anyone to rectify. Mickey Mouse business by Nedbank.
