Simply not good enough!!

I am waiting since 2/8/23 for a response. Simply not good enough!! My homeloan interest rate was fixed in June'23. But my monthly interest on my Nedbank app keeps growing exponentially. This is shocking service. How difficult is it for Nedbank to resolve my query. Unfortunately some banks are known to do this practice of overcharging their clients every month after interest has been fixed thinking no one will pick up on it!!!! You do know what you are doing is ******* & reprehensible right.
