Signed and dated contract - money still pending??

To date I have a signed & dated agreement for a personal loan with Nedbank and yet nothing. i'm literally staring at the signed contract and made the relevant arrangements from my end and no money to show for it? I have been calling, been emailing, providing every single document requested and never complained for moaned but really, I've made commitments on my end because a contract was entered into and agreed upon and now you guys are not willing to assist. Speaking to the call centre agents are emotionally exhausting....! I have anything from 15-20 emails back and forth.. I can forward all communication and will show you how inconsistent every response is. Are your contracts just blank paper?
