Sick of this bank!

I am so sick of how this bank jumps to taking charges in our bank accounts!!! Ive canceled a subscription and HAVE PROOF of cancelation yet YOU ARE STILL TAKING R10 DAILY FROM MY ACCOUNT!!!! IS THIS HOW YOU MAKE MONEY????
