SICK AND TIRED WE WANT OUR MONEY

Am not sure who at Nedbank is assisting Byron Ruiters and his wife Gerenique Ruiters from Decklan Foods t/a Frozen favorites from PORT ELIZABETH but the bank account which is needed to pay my clients money is still blocked I was an agent for their frozen favourites hamper club which was supposed to deliver hampers for my clients in December 2022 to date the refund has not been provided Nedbank refuses to unblock this account so that these people can pay the account I am well aware what is required to block a bank account and there is no granted order herein which is why I don't understand why the account remains blocked if Nedbank can provide us with a court stamped order which has placed a hold on that bank account then what they have done is lawful however there is no court order and also a ***** investigation was done and it was not classified as ***** but non service delivery this issue has been ongoing for (4) months now and the account remains blocked and in turn this causes a lot of prejudice to thousands of families who are going hungry because with each passing day they await their refund and nothing is being done to reimburse them. should Nedbank not provide a valid reason as to why this account remains blocked then we will proceed to lodge a formal complaint with the banking ombudsman.
