Sick and tired of this bank

Why do you have to block one's account without even notifying them. If there are things we need to update do you have to first block my account for me to stand up and go to a branch. I only discovered that my account was blocked when I wanted to pay for my son's medical bills. How inhumane is that? I stay in a remote area now I have to leave my sick son and go to the branch? How sick is that. What about my savings in that account? What about my son's health? I am done with you please just close the account!!!!!!
