Sick and tired

Sick, sick, sick of struggling with Nedbank! App**** online for a cheque card, I HAVE NOT checked the box for being linked to Greenbacks but printout with my ref number shows I want to link to Greenbacks. I am a pensioner and don’t want to pay any extra monthly fees. I JUST WANT A ORDINARY CHEQUE CARD DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE.....NO UPGRADES OF MY ACCOUNT (as someone suggested last week), NO GREENBACKS, JUST A CHEQUE CARD! After 45 years I am very, very close to moving to another bank!
