Sibongile the Lifesaver!

This rating is specifically for Sibongile ( call centre agent). That went beyond the call of duty for us today. When we had a problem with a disabled client of theirs. Yes, there was a bit of heated interaction but Lord knows she heard Urgence and the sensitivity of the situation and she saved the day. We are eternally grateful to have been assisted by her.
