Shout-out to Nedbank Beacon Bay Branch in East London

I would like to give a huge shout-out to the Nedbank Beacon Bay Branch in East London, to Nan Mhlabati NB 192252 and ***lene Schultz NB165561. From my husband's phone call to the Branch up to the time we left, they both assisted us with issues that the Vincent Park Nedbank Branch failed to resolve. My husband was there 3 times and myself twice without any results... the Manager who stayed in her office, could not even address us the last time we were there. The staff at the front desk could not acknowledge the fact that we have been there in the que so many times before during our half an hour lunch time break. Without any fuss Nan Mhlabati changed my cellphone number to the correct one where the online operator used my old cell phone number. I could immediately receive sms es and they requested my son's card that was connected to my cellphone number to be send to their branch. Needless to say my son's card arrived at their Branch today. Our subsidy form for work was stamp and signed and both our profiles had been connected to our home loan bond account without any delay. The service at the Nedbank Branch was 5 star, friendly, efficient and to the point with the results that we were looking for.
