Short payment due to no statement

I'm so disgusted by the poor service from Nedbank, Card division.. You don't send me a statement I short pay with R108 and you phone me to tell me not to use my card.. I never missed any payments ever and you treat me like a ********.. Cindy you are a *********** idiot who doesn't deserve the job you are doing. Your service suck. Nedbank start treating your customers with respect... Look at my history with your bank.. I'm going to close my account with your institution.. You don't care most likely but I hope somebody reads this avoid Nedbank.. Bad service be warned.... ...
