SHOOT THE PONY TAILS
I have been a customer since 1989. In that time the bank has repeatedly shunted me around by closing branches . From Northcliff Cnr to Blackheath to Verdi Centre. They have now decided that Cresta is my branch. It took 1/2 hr yesterday & a further 1hr today to collect a chequebook. Quite rediculous. In 2016 after 26 years I will become an ex customer. Clearly the pony tails that decide on closures & systems don't have the customers needs at heart.
