Shoddy Service from Nedbank at Hillcrest Corner

The Nedbank at Hillcrest Corner is shoddy and very unhelpful. The reception is openly hostile, the tellers don't listen, don't make eye contact and communicate with a mumbled whisper. I dread having to deal with these people! I do not use the "App" and I don't use a smartphone!
