Shockingly Poor Service at NEDBANK

What a joke, I have been trying to reach Nedbank for a while and no luck, I am not able to go and stand in a long queue to speak to a consultant at the bank because I work during the day and don't have enough time to do this during lunch time. I have tried to make contact with Nedbank and I have been unable to, I have send email communication and as you can imagine have not received any call or email back, this is really a pathetic company that I have trusted to handle my money, I will definitively not recommend anyone to use NEDBANK I will definitely move to another bank as of the end of this month, beyond pathetic
