Shockingly disgusting service!!!

As we speak, I am holding on the phone with absolute disgust at the rudeness and lack of professionalism from 2 of Nedbank's contact center consultants. I have never!! I simply want to transfer via EFT an amount from a Capitec account to a Nedbank account. I have tried to do this in the past and I was advised that an EFT cannot be done into this account. I don't want to go into the branch, so if this cannot be done PLEASE CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT. This situation is the reason I opened 3 x investment accounts with Liberty and stopped using this account as an emergency fund account. In 2020 I thought this senseless arrangement would have changed. Close the account!
