Shocking theft of money

Policy number: *** This home loan insurance was cancelled 3 years ago- upon assisting my uncle with his banking we notice ( 3 years ) later that you are still debiting an amount of R822.17c for a home that was sold +- 3 years ago!!! and hence is in a retirement home. He has an income of +-R3200 annuity that come in that pay for his medical aid but this was bouncing and RD due to this unknown debit order that we couldnt understand- and behold once we sat down and investigated this its NedBank insuring a home that was sold +-3years ago- Cancel this immediately and call me to rectify how you resolve this situation of taking money from my uncle's account for 3 years after cancellation was sent when the home was sold!
